Contracts & Subscriptions
Some services are offered under one-time project agreements, while others are provided through monthly subscriptions.
Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled according to the agreed notice period. Clients are responsible for reviewing their subscription terms before renewal.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Supply required content, branding assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Cooperate throughout the project.
- Maintain ownership rights for all materials they provide.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Taxes are the client’s responsibility where applicable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice.
If work has already begun, charges may apply for completed work and expenses incurred.
Scheduled meetings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated missed appointments may result in additional fees.
Warranty
We strive to deliver high-quality services and will address any verified issues related to our work within a reasonable period after delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Third-party software issues
- Hosting problems
- Changes made by the client or other vendors
- Search engine ranking guarantees
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elit Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
- Elit Marketing retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, software, and internal methodologies.
- Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users agree not to:

- Interfere with website functionality.
